AWX workflow job is running even though child job is completed

Hi Team,
AwX 21.0.4 on k8s 1.21.0
AWX workflow job is running even though child job is completed.

I tried to forcefully stop that job but its not getting stopped.

Please suggest.

does it say running on UI? does refreshing the page change status to successful?

It may be worth upgrading to 21.8 and see if you still experience this issue, I know there was some fixes around UI getting live updates.

Also, how many control nodes are in your cluster?
