AWX UI 17.0.1 - Create multiple groups in inventory

Hi,
In AWX UI, I want to create an inventory file with a set of groups as shown below. Could you please let me know how to do this in the AWX UI - Inventory section? Appreciate your help.

you can create an inventory source based on a project. Store this as an .ini file in your github project, add that project to AWX, and create an inventory with inventory source based on that project.
