Dear All,

I have installed docker and able to launch webpage however default admin and password is not working so please let me know how I can access the console .

How did you write the inventory file settings when running install.yml?

This is what I can see in inventory file which comes with install set by default and nothing was changed .

This will create or update a default admin (superuser) account in AWX, if not provided

then these default values are used

admin_user=awx-admin
admin_password=CHANGE_ME

As a work around you can follow the below steps :
1st method:

  1. Create a super user with awx_manage utility:
    $ docker exec -it awx_web /bin/bash
    $ awx-manage createsuperuser
    username:
    email:
    Password:
  2. Now login with this created superuser

2nd:

  1. *Remove temporary database files *
    #cd /tmp/pgdata
    #rm -rf *
  2. Execute awx playbook ‘install.yml’:
    ansible-playbook -i inventory install.yml -vv

Hi,
I am facing the same issue and I tried to create new superuser using awx-manage createsuperuser but still unable to login to AWX UI.
Login page is coming up but getting “Invalid username and/or password. Please try again.” message.

Could you please advise?
