Ansible Licensing for callback plugin

Hi,

Need help to understand, if i develop a callback plugin by using default functions.
Would it go under licencing of GNU General Public License v3.0. Kindly help to understand ansible licensing.

I don't think this is the right forum to ask this is Ansible user list.

If you are concerned about this you should probably take to a lawyer with licensing as a specialty.

But to turn the question around, why wouldn't you release is GPL since you are using a open source product and don't wont to give back by releasing your code as GPL?
If you don't like the open source business model maybe you should focus on other software with a closed/dual source model?
