It seems as though the issue reoccurred once for Billy Zheng after the original “solution” but nobody else witnessed it, so who knows if it was just a one off or a problem on one persons end. There was no response from anybody.
I think more people replying helps reveal the scope and maybe helps folks take it more seriously. Kinda confused why response times and outages aren’t being monitored internally, and because I don’t really see anything indicating anyone who can fix it knows there are issues, who knows if they’re just waiting it out like when Billy Zheng posted his outage report a while back.
Most sites have some kind of outage report page. That would be helpful if the staff of this forum feel it’s annoying seeing a thread bumped with essentially the same messages. People just want some kind of indicator of what’s going on and that the person who can fix it knows.
