Ansible Core 2.2 is Frozen!

Ansible Core and Modules are totally feature frozen for testing before we release our first 2.2 Release Candidate on 03 OCTOBER 2016. ONLY bug-fixes will be accepted for inclusion for 2.2 Release Candidate 1.

what are your plans for 2.2. FINAL / GA? 31. oct / 07. nov?

Hajo,

We are planning on pushing Release Candidate 1 early next week. We’ll cycle RC’s until we feel good about a final. Ostensibly mid-late October is our hope for final. Plus or minus a week.
