Ansible and baremetal deploy with Ironic

Hi guys.

I try to create Ansible deploy driver for OpenStack Ironic service.
Now in proof of concept stage https://review.openstack.org/#/c/238183/
and already works on DevStack.
Please comment in Gerrit review if you have some suggestions.
