Wanting to submit module to core to support downloads from Nexus and artifactory repositories

I’ve helped out a bit with a module that I’d like to get into core:-

Where should I add it in lib/ansible/modules when I submit my pull request?

web_infrastructure looks like a good place for artifactory modules.
