Unable to parse Ansible inventory file as an inventory source in Azure CLI

I am trying to manage Azure Vms using Ansible from Azure CLI. The first thing is to parse inventory file where the managed VMs are listed. I uploaded the inventory file “azure_rm.yml” and checked it is there:

Unfortunately Azure CLI is not accepting the file:
