This quarter, we’ll explore how to infuse AI into existing IT processes to enhance efficiency and drive smarter operations. Learn how AI can help review incidents and problems, de-duplicate tickets, and perform advanced trend and predictive analysis. We’ll show how Ansible fits into this picture - automating root cause analysis by gathering logs, sending them to AI for processing, and even generating automated remediations using Ansible Lightspeed. Finally, we’ll tie it all together with integrations into chat and ticketing systems, creating a closed-loop system for intelligent, automated incident response.
