Switching search on docs to OpenSearch

Hi folks -

We’ve had problems with our current search box solution on core and package docs. Under the covers, it’s the swiftype engine. Sphinx docs have their own built in search (open search) so we’re going back to that search option with this PR.

We will merge that PR in the next day or so and then backport to all active branches.

…this is also the doc search ReadTheDocs uses on individual subprojects so it’s seen a lot of action in that community :slight_smile:

I’m OK with devel being published with this change. Then, assuming the testing is OK we can merge the backports.

We’ve merged the PR into /devel/ so Ansible Documentation — Ansible Community Documentation doesn’t have Swift search anymore (bottom right) and the search on top left seems to work correctly.
We will backport this change to the older ansible & ansible core docs early next week.
