Pull Request 3414 New modules to manage tenant/project quotas in cloud OpenStack

Hi,

I have done the pull request 3414 to propose three modules:

  • os_compute_quotas
  • os_network_quotas
  • os_volume_quotas

to manage tenant/project quotas in cloud OpenStack.

I need help with the pull request, the CI automation has failed but I don’t understand what I have to do.

This is my first pull request in Ansible, could you please help me?
