Over the past weeks I have developed a plugin for Server Density, a monitoring solution for inventories and services. This plugin is able to synchronize your Ansible inventory with your Server Density account and also manages groups, services, alerts and notifications.
As Server Density also requires and agent being installed on each host to properly function, I also wrote a role for Ansible so that this part can be handled as well. The role depends on the plugin, however the plugin is independent and works on its own as well.
I’d like to get some feedback from the community, either here as comments or over at GitHub in the issue queues of the two projects.

Documentation is available in the readme files and the plugin comes with a Wiki that describes all the optional inventory variables that allow you to fine tune the synchronization process.
