Job output is empty on AWX UI

Hi Team,

We are using AWX 23. It is working fine.
Recently changed the DB connectivity user. Jobs are running successfully. Job logs can be seen on cluster at pod level but those are not visible in AWX ui job output space. Although the job status is “Successful”, AWX job output shows “No output found for this job.”
What could be missing?
