Is there any documentation which highlights the roadmap for AWX project using Docker with CentOS as base images and how AWX will be effected because of CentOS end of support?

There’s no documentation or roadmap, because it won’t make much, if any, difference. We’re not deeply tied to any individual component cadence of the underlying OS, so switching from bare CentOS to CentOS Stream as the base image shouldn’t affect anything. And the images may move to be being based off of UBI8 at some point regardless.
