ignore_errors

I like ignore_errors because it let the rest of the playbook being played even after a failure that I can live with, BUT, I'm bothered by the fact that it doesn't mark the packages as failed (I still like to know that something did not work).

Would it be a problem if we change it's behaviour to be able to still make those packages as part of the tally of failed packages? Or should it be a different option?

This would need to be another callback and statistic column if we did
this. Unsure.
