We have made the LDAP work however, the Secured LDAP is not working. Is there a way or reference to the documentation which can help in fixing this issue?

You didn’t describe the problem in detail but I’ll assume it has to do with certificate validation in which case you should take a look here, https://github.com/ansible/awx/issues/411
