Is there a freeware version I could have for personal use?
Ansible is OSS, the license is GPL.
I suspect you are talking about Tower https://www.ansible.com/tower

As Brian said, Ansible is Open Source software and you can get it for free. You can install it from the package sources of your distribution. For Red Hat and CentOS you could found it in EPEL for example.
