[Feature Request] Galaxy Role Statistics

How does one request a Feature Request for the Galaxy site?

I’d like some additional information on Role Statistics

  • Download count
  • Last Updated Date/Actively Maintained

Also better search capabilities would be nice, if I search for a term, pull up related Roles

Example:

fqdn or fully qualified domain name might return Roles for

  • Apache
  • DNS
  • Etc…

Currently, send me a note. :slight_smile:

All of these features are being tracked internally, waiting for us to
hire a Galaxy Engineer to work on them full time. (We're close on this
one, so sit tight.)

The Atom editor packages site does a reasonable job (https://atom.io/packages/search?q=ansible).

Usage counts is a fair way to measure how good a package is without relying on community scoring - similar to Ubuntu’s Popularity Contest (http://popcon.ubuntu.com)
