Is there a simple way to auto-generate an index page for the documentation?
Newcomers would benefit a lot from being able to click through to pages that have, for example, with_fileglob or some such.
It's in Sphinx. If someone can figure it out I would be glad to
include it, though we could probably also use patches to improve our
levels of cross linking.
(I didn't want to include the TOC at infinite depth on the main page)
