Delete an ingress/egress rule in security group

Hi everyone,

It gets a bit frustrated with Ansible when it seems like a very simple thing but not achievable in Ansible. I have been trying to find a way to remove a rule within security group but can’t. Anyone has any idea on how this can be done?
