Cisco Switch Discovery in Ansible Tower

Dear all,

I am very new to Ansible Tower.
I have few devices in my network like Cisco Router, Cisco Switch, VMware .
I want add the Cisco Switch in this CM software, Can any one guide how to start this.

firstly you need to create an inventory which you want to install and in inventory need to mention DNS/IP/target name - any
second, write a playbook with a task which you need to install on the target system

I want to add Cisco switch 2960 and router 2811 as of now.
