Cisco IOS-XR 12.4.0 Release!

Hey Everyone! :waving_hand:
We’ve now rolled out cisco.iosxr 12.4.0

The changes in this include:

  • Cleaned up deprecated ansible-core imports and warnings in exit_json across iosxr modules for newer ansible-core compatibility
  • Fixed bgp_global neighbor shutdown parsing / idempotency (no shutdown handling)
