I am trying to upload an attachment to a ServiceNow record, but I am stuck with the error shown below.

Environment variable set:
REQUESTS_CA_BUNDLE=/etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.crt
I have added all CA certs for ServiceNow URL in above ca-bundle.crt.
I would like to know if I missed anything. I saw someone faced similar issue from Ansible-Project community but no fix was provided. Appreciate if anyone can help or direct me on this issue.
