AWX Settings page with normal user is showing dashboard

Hi,

In AWX, when login with normal user it takes me to dashboard but not giving any option to view the settings. If the user do not have access to Settings, I would expect that permission denied error would be display.

However taking me to dashboard page is little confusing. Is it expected ?
Is there any option to change this view for normal users to show the settings page in read-only mode.

Environment details:
AWX 17.0.1

Ansible 2.9.17
