AWX and ADFS (SAML)

Bit of a vague question but I am messing around on some test servers and thought it would be cool to see if AWX can authenticate via AD & ADFS using SAML.

Quite honestly I am still learning SAML (and things like ADFS), so any experience/comments welcome with regards to getting this working (if possible).

I have done some searching for this specific topic but have come up short. The Red Hat Ansible Tower SAML documentation seems good however i suspect a lot of the terminology is focused more around Red Hat products (SSO/Keycloak etc…) which is throwing me off.

So after much trial and error I got this working (well at least basic authentication) with ADFS and SAML.

after a bit more checking it seems I still have problems… Should I get it into a working state i will post a bit of info :expressionless:
