ansible tower 3.2.5

I have recently installed ansible tower 3.2.5.

I am having an issues when i try to enter a credential in the settings menu. The page remains blank after i click +ADD.

It seems to be some type of Pendo error, or its reaching out to a site that is untrusted.

Can anyone assist, am i able to bypass this pendo step ?
