Ansible-test: update remote and containers for integration tests

The devel branch version of ansible-core’s ansible-test updated its containers and remotes in dad6f077319d993c0fa440dd426174a54f034c53:

  • Replace Fedora 39 container and remote with Fedora 40.
  • Replace Alpine 3.19 container and remote with Alpine 3.20.
  • Replace Ubuntu 20.04 container with Ubuntu 24.04 container.
  • Add Ubuntu 24.04 remote.
  • Replace RHEL 9.3 remote with RHEL 9.4.

If you use devel’s ansible-test in CI, please update your CI matrix accordingly!
