I addition to the details from Sivel above, I (as Engineering Manager for Ansible Community Team) will be working with the Network Automation Team at Red Hat to improve triage and Forum processes, which will provide another way we can avoid this.
Also at the technical level, we’ve talked at CfgMgmtCamp about the importance of having unified approach to testing, so we know all (Red Hat) Collections are tested against devel, which ansible.netcommon now is.
