community.library_inventory_filtering_v1 only has changes if there are bugfixes, docs improvement/fixes, or (not very likely) new features. So it’s not surprising that there are no changes over a long time, as long as it keeps working 
(It’s tested both by its CI and the CI of several collections that use it.)
