# Why Are Jobs Pending When I Have "Enable Concurrent Jobs" Checked in Ansible AWX?

I am testing parallel execution of playbooks on n no. of hosts in same inventory and for the same jobs.  
But I am seeing jobs are sliced but execution is not parallel but serial.  
Can anyone tell why is this happening?

It is a simple job that will check the hostname and os version of the host machine.
