# What triggers "awx is Upgrading"?

I recently restarted all the containers and got “awx is Upgrading” message after starting up similar to when I setup AWX the first time.

After the upgrade finishes, I found that my custom logo is gone, my login id is gone. Only the default admin account works.

After I logged in, all my project, inventory, credentials, templates are gone.

When I restored the postgress data that I had backed up six hours earlier under /var/lib/pgdocker and started all the containers, it did the migration again and I wasn’t able to restore my data.

Has anyone encounter this issue?
