Was wandering if any one has ideas why vmware-guest cretes all vms on a particular host even though it is set to b e created a cluster? its not a show stopper - just curious.

i.e:

- name: Create a VM from a template

vmware\_guest:

datacenter: “{{ vm\_DataCenter }}”

cluster: “{{ vm\_Cluster }}”

hostname: “{{ vcenter\_hostname }}”

username: “{{ vcenter\_user }}”

password: “{{ vcenter\_pass }}”

validate\_certs: no

folder: “/Production/Ansible/”

name: “{{ [item.name](http://item.name) }}”

annotation: “Created with Ansible on {{ creationdate }}”

state: poweredon

template: “{{ vmtemplate }}”

…

Thank you

Maybe run the playbook with -vvvv and see if there are anything useful in the output?
