Hi everybody,
I need to keep track of a submodule dependency across multiple playbooks on git;
I was wondering if it’s possible to override the default behaviour of awx when cloning the playbook prior to a job run, like updating the submodules.

I presume the clone feature is implemented in awx using the ansible.builtin.git module, which provides a track\_submodules argument, set to “no” by default. The ability to set this to yes would do the trick.

Hi,

Could you let me know which version of AWX you are running please?

Sincerely,
