The [chocolatey.chocolatey](https://github.com/chocolatey/chocolatey-ansible) collection looks weird to me. I suggest that it’s not maintained, or at least not properly:

- while I see a lot of [commits](https://github.com/chocolatey/chocolatey-ansible/commits/master/) in the repo, there hasn’t been a new release since **Oct 1 2024** ; neiter on [GitHub](https://github.com/chocolatey/chocolatey-ansible/tags) nor on [galaxy](https://galaxy.ansible.com/ui/repo/published/chocolatey/chocolatey)
- no answer to [this comment](https://github.com/chocolatey/chocolatey-ansible/pull/182#issuecomment-3586753237)
- no answer to [Please consider a new release](https://github.com/chocolatey/chocolatey-ansible/issues/193)

Additionally, I don’t see any CI sanity tests that we could look at to verify the collection is compatible with current ansible-core releases.

_edit_: [Unmaintained collection: Removal from the Ansible Community Package](https://github.com/chocolatey/chocolatey-ansible/issues/194)

There has been a new release both on [GitHub](https://github.com/chocolatey/chocolatey-ansible/releases/tag/1.6.0) and [Galaxy](https://galaxy.ansible.com/ui/repo/published/chocolatey/chocolatey?version=1.6.0)!
