# Unmaintained collection again: netapp\_eseries.santricity

The [netapp\_eseries.santricity](https://github.com/NetApp/santricity) collection looks unmaintained / abandoned, it has:

- no new [commits](https://github.com/NetApp/santricity/commits/master/) since Oct 3, 2024
- no new [release](https://github.com/NetApp/santricity/tags) since Oct 3, 2024
- No reaction on [Validate compatibility with ansible-core 2.19](https://github.com/NetApp/santricity/issues/26)

For the record, this is the second time that this collection turns up as being [possibly unmaintained](https://forum.ansible.com/t/6574).

Additionally, there are no CI sanity tests that we could look at to verify the collection is compatible with current ansible-core releases.

There has been a new release both on [GitHub](https://github.com/NetApp/santricity/releases/tag/v2.0.1) and [Galaxy](https://galaxy.ansible.com/ui/repo/published/netapp_eseries/santricity?version=2.0.1). So I’ve closed [Unmaintained collection: Removal from the Ansible Community Package](https://github.com/NetApp/santricity/issues/31).
