## Help wanted 🙏

### Data tagging feature

[samccann](https://matrix.to/#/@samccann:ansible.im) contributed

> Data tagging feature for `ansible-core` is available now in [fallable](https://pypi.org/project/fallible/). We are asking the community to [test this significant feature and provide feedback](https://forum.ansible.com/t/data-tagging-preview-and-testing/40759).

## Proposals - discuss and vote! 🗳

### Ansible 11 lifetime extension

[Felix Fontein](https://matrix.to/#/@felixfontein:matrix.org) contributed

> There is a new community vote on whether Ansible 11’s lifetime should be extended by 6 months until Ansible 13 comes out assuming that Data Tagging is included in ansible-core 2.19 ([[vote ended 2025-04-16] Make Ansible 11 a "LTS" (similar to Ansible 9)? - #11 by felixfontein](https://forum.ansible.com/t/40851/11)). The rationale is that Data Tagging is a rather big change to ansible-core, and depending on usage it can take longer to migrate roles and playbooks from ansible-core 2.18 (or before) to ansible-core 2.19. In these 6 months, Ansible 11 and Ansible 12 would be released in parallel.
