There is a PR opened currently for redhat\_repositories ([Add redhat\_repositories to manage subscription-manager repos by jfenal-zz · Pull Request #19717 · ansible/ansible · GitHub](https://github.com/ansible/ansible/pull/19717)) however, subscription\_manager is already implemented in the `redhat_subscription` module. Is anyone working on adding the repos parameter to the redhat\_subscription module?

`

# subscription-manager repos --help

Usage: subscription-manager repos [OPTIONS]

List the repositories which this system is entitled to use

Options:
-h, --help show this help message and exit
–proxy=PROXY\_URL proxy URL in the form of proxy\_hostname:proxy\_port
–proxyuser=PROXY\_USER
user for HTTP proxy with basic authentication
–proxypassword=PROXY\_PASSWORD
password for HTTP proxy with basic authentication
–noproxy=NO\_PROXY host suffixes that should bypass HTTP proxy
–list list all known repositories for this system
–list-enabled list known, enabled repositories for this system
–list-disabled list known, disabled repositories for this system
–enable=REPOID repository to enable (can be specified more than
once). Wildcards (\* and ?) are supported.
–disable=REPOID repository to disable (can be specified more than
once). Wildcards (\* and ?) are supported.

`

Essentially I envision an example call looking something like:

`

- name: Enable RHEL 7 Server RPMS
redhat\_subscription:
repo\_id: rhel-7-server=rpms
state: present
`

Any thoughts/input on this proposal for implementation?

Thanks,
Ron

There is an outstanding feature request in the modules repo: [https://github.com/ansible/ansible-modules-core/issues/3300](https://github.com/ansible/ansible-modules-core/issues/3300)

If this interests you, please migrate the issue to the ansible/ansible repo via the instructions in [http://docs.ansible.com/ansible/dev\_guide/repomerge.html#move-issues-and-prs-to-new-repo](http://docs.ansible.com/ansible/dev_guide/repomerge.html#move-issues-and-prs-to-new-repo)
