# Should we move the ansible-documentation repo to ansible-community org?

In the [DaWGs meeting last week](http://forum.ansible.com/t/meeting-log-ansible-docs-2024-05-14-1512/5808), we decided:  
`To stay in the current repo and fix steering committee rights as needed. Other options seem to have a negative impact on our contributors without significant benefits.`

I will followup with core folks to determine what the goal is behind moving core docs back into the ansible/ansible repo.
