I’m using Fedora 20 and have failed to get Ansible working properly. Here are the commands I used to set everything up. Some of these are probably not necessary. Could someone let me know which of these I could leave out or any that are missing? Currently it’s not working and I want to start over with all my installs. Also the command “sudo make rpm” never worked for me. It produced the Error "AsciiDoc ‘a2x’ command is not installed but is required … I tried installing asciidoc and asciidoctor from github but those didn’t help. Elsewhere I read that installing python-devel would achieve the same end. Here are my commands.

sudo yum install git
sudo yum install python
sudo yum -y install python-pip
sudo yum install python-setuptools python-setuptools-devel
sudo yum groupinstall “Development tools”
sudo yum install python-devel
ysudo yum install gcc
sudo git clone git://github.com/ansible/ansible.git /etc/ansible

cd /etc/ansible

source ./hacking/env-setup

sudo pip install paramiko
sudo pip install PyYAML
sudo pip install jinja2
sudo pip install httplib2

sudo make rpm (didn’t work)

sudo pip install -U [http://github.com/diyan/pywinrm/archive/master.zip#egg=pywinrm](http://github.com/diyan/pywinrm/archive/master.zip#egg=pywinrm)
sudo yum install sshpass

There must be a problem with my encryption because when I run this line in powershell it works.

winrm set winrm/config/service ‘@{AllowUnencrypted=“true”}’

It’s hard to tell what “not working” means, can you share output in these cases?

Sorry, I should have been more explicit. It is working now.
