Hello ansible-devel o/

I’m part of the community team for the Ansible project and we’d like to reach out for feedback and comments on two important topics:

1. Bumping the required version of python for the Ansible controller to Python 3.8: [https://github.com/ansible/ansible/issues/72668](https://github.com/ansible/ansible/issues/72668)

2. Formalizing requirements for including new collections in the Ansible package: [https://github.com/ansible-collections/overview/issues/131](https://github.com/ansible-collections/overview/issues/131)

Please read the issues and reply here or in the respective issues with your comments.
We appreciate your feedback.

Thanks !
