# Renaming galaxy\_ng github default branch

We are going to rename galaxy\_ng:master to galaxy\_ng:devel

This is being done to align with branch naming across Ansible components.

When this is happening: Monday, 14

Action items:

- You will need to update your local clones to point to the new upstream branch
- You will need to update scripts that consume master directly from master branch
