# Remote error: ERROR: could not parse response: ERROR: work type did not expect a signature

execution is unavailable after install and giving below error in the AWX UI.  
error: Remote error: ERROR: could not parse response: ERROR: work type did not expect a signature

awx ui version:  
\< AWX 24.5.0 \>

troubleshooting steps done, but no luck:

- restarted receptor
- restarted awx pod in the aks cluster
- updated verifysignature parametter in the receptor.conf file from True to False
- did multiple health checks on awx ui.  
Kindly provide
