Release announcement: [Partner Certification Checker](https://github.com/ansible-collections/partner-certification-checker) GitHub workflow v4.1.0 has been released. 🎉

**Minor Changes:**

- Add a `collection-deps` input to install collections during `ansible-test sanity` checks. The input corresponds to the `test-deps` input in `ansible-community/ansible-test-gh-action`. @oranod

```auto
uses: ansible-collections/partner-certification-checker/.github/workflows/certification-reusable.yml@v4.1.0

```
