# Reconciler error during awx-operator upgrade from 0.9.0 to 0.13.0

Hello,

I’m trying to upgrade my awx instance by updating awx-operator from 0.9 to 0.13. It’s failing with “Reconciler error” in operator log:

I tried to scale the awx deployment down to 0 and back to 1, with same error. It’s running in Kubernetes 1.19.9 environment.

What might be wrong? Is it perhaps supposed to be upgraded by single version increments?
