Hi all,

This is not really ansible question, but I figure most of us install Python packages …
Has anyone ever tried to mirror/cache PyPI. There were a few outdated projects on the Internet.

Basically, we want to be able to at least cache packages we have downloaded from PIP and use this cache disk for retriveal.
This morning I just experienced another outrage with PyPI’s main server. I had to use their mirrors.

Thanks

Yeukhon Wong

Use pip --download and later pip --find-links
