# Proxy for Cloning Git Repo

Hi all,

I wanted to know if there is any way to pull git repos via a proxy when using Ansible. My setup does not have direct connection to the internet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried setting the environmental variable HTTP\_PROXY to the point to your internal proxy server?
