# OpenTelemetry plugin for ansible is not working on rhel9 but works in rhel10

On Rhel 10, installed community general collection, installed ansible core 2.16 and python 3.12, i just used default ansible.cfg file as in example and exported trace endpoint and everything is working and exporting traces .

But with same setup , on rhel 9 machine with ansible core 2.14 and python 3.9, the plugin is loading but not sending traces .

I m not sure if there is any known issue , please help
