I’ve stumbled upon an old issue in `community-topics` that I think we should discuss in one of the next community meetings: [Repository clean-up spring 2021 edition](https://github.com/ansible-community/community-topics/issues/25)

The repositories in question are all in [Ansible](https://github.com/ansible), so is this even a community topic? Or is this something that the core team should have a look at? If we, the community, can do something about it: How should we proceed?

CC @sivel as the (as yet unofficial since we’re still discussing processes) core representative in the SC

I don’t think this is a community topic fwiw. Although since I do much of the org maintainership, I can take this on since it’ll be easier for me to consult the individual project owners.
