# Need help for ansible ping

Please tell the steps to solve the issues. When I perform sudo ansible -m ping all , I have the following issues:

192.168.1.2 | FAILED! =\> {  
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;"failed": true,  
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;"msg": "winrm send\_input failed"  
}  
192.168.1.12 | UNREACHABLE! =\> {  
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;"changed": false,  
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;"msg": "Authentication failure.",  
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;"unreachable": true  
}

In my /etc/ansible/hosts

[windows]  
192.168.1.2

[web]  
192.168.1.12

[windows:vars]  
ansible\_ssh\_user="Administrator"  
ansible\_ssh\_pass=1234  
ansible\_ssh\_port=5985  
ansible\_connection="winrm"  
ansible\_winrm\_server\_cert\_validation = "ignore"
